1. a 5 sentence plot summary

2. a 5 sentence description of a main character

3. a 5 sentence description of the best scene in the movie

4. a 5 sentence comparison/contrast between this movie and 2-3 others.

5. a 5 sentence explanation of why someone else should take the time to see this movie

6. Be sure to include examples from the movie to prove your point.

7. You CAN'Tuse the words: good, excellent, awesome, amazing, great, super, best, or terrific.

The first 5 movie reviews submitted to me that meet the criteria will receive a Homework pass, good for an extra day on any homework assignment!

All (appropriate) submitted movie reviews will be posted on this website's Movies page.

**Attention**

Fridays are silent reading days in English 8 class. Remember your independent reading books or class novel. You should be reading a new independent reading book for each marking period. You need to do your independent reading book review or interview by the set due date each marking period (usually about 2 weeks before the end of the marking period).
